Immigration advice

Digital nomads and international remote work

Build your move to Spain around the way you actually work. We review your employer or client relationships, social security position and any accompanying family applications.

Advice in English and Spanish.

Your circumstances first

We review your situation before considering a route.

Documents with a purpose

We connect your information with the case that needs reviewing.

A clear scope

We agree on the work and fees before starting the service.

Who this is for

If you work remotely for a company or clients in other countries and are considering living in Spain.

How we can help

Understanding your actual work

We review where your employer and clients are based, your duties and how remote work can be evidenced. We distinguish employment from independent professional activity to identify the documents and conditions relevant to your application.

Contracts, experience and resources

We organise contracts, employer certificates, qualifications and financial evidence. We check that the documents match how you work and identify any translation or legalisation requirements that may apply.

Social security and tax

Social security coverage needs a specific review, particularly when your employer is in the United States or another country. We coordinate immigration matters with the tax review of your move; a residence authorisation alone does not determine your tax treatment.

Your application and family move

We establish whether a consular visa or an application from Spain is appropriate for your circumstances. If family members are moving with you, we review each person’s relationship and documents and explain the steps following a decision.

How we work with you

  1. Understand your work

We review the company, clients and your contractual relationship.

  2. Connect the moving parts

We organise the case and the social security and tax questions.

  3. Prepare the move

We define the application scope and family documents where relevant.

Plan the rest of your arrival.

Frequently asked questions

Do foreign clients automatically make me eligible?

That fact alone is not enough. The activity, professional relationship, documents and other application requirements must be reviewed.

Does the permit automatically provide a special tax regime?

No. Tax treatment requires a separate assessment of the facts and tax requirements. We coordinate that review with the tax team where included in the engagement.

Let’s discuss your next step.
