MEDLA Asesores
Cookie policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
Chat connects to Jotform when you press its button. HighLevel calendars load on booking pages, and the HubSpot form loads on pages that include it. These features have no switch in privacy preferences. Maps are optional and remain off until you allow them to load. Opening chat, a calendar or a form does not save a consent choice or automatically send an enquiry.
1. Who manages this website
MEDLA ASESORES S.L., Spanish tax identification number (NIF) B56848799, with contact address at C/ Velázquez, 27, Piso 1º ext. izq., Barrio de Salamanca, 28001 Madrid, Spain. For privacy enquiries, write to [email protected].
2. Storage and forms
Cookies and other storage technologies remember information in your browser. This version of the website uses these first-party records:
- medla-consent-v3: stores your map choice and its date in local storage when you change or confirm your preferences. The choice expires after 180 days. Once it expires, or if the preference version changes, maps return to being off. Chat and booking choices from earlier versions no longer control those services.
- medla-intro: remembers during the session whether you have seen the entrance animation, to avoid repeating it.
- medla-inquiry-context-v1: when you choose to transfer the guidance summary to your enquiry, stores your answers and results in that tab’s session storage so they can be added to the form. The record is removed when the form reads it; after more than 30 minutes, it is discarded without being added. There is no scheduled deletion at the 30-minute mark: if you do not open the form, it remains for the tab’s session. Transfer between pages is local. When HubSpot loads, the summary is added to its fields and becomes available to that provider. You can review, edit or remove it before submitting. The enquiry is sent only when you press the submit button.
These records are stored in your browser. Local storage has no automatic deletion date, so the website checks the age of the choice and stops applying it after expiry. The medla-consent-v3 and medla-intro records remember preferences and contain no name, email or form information. The guidance record contains only the summary you ask to transfer. This version includes no first-party analytics service or advertising pixels.
HubSpot form. It loads directly on pages that include a contact form, without a separate activation button. Loading it does not depend on map preferences. Loading it may give HubSpot and Google reCAPTCHA connection information and allow them to use their own storage technologies. HubSpot can access details added to its fields and perform checks before submission. Form details are not saved in the medla-consent-v3 preference record. If you ask to transfer a guidance summary, the session record described above is used. The enquiry is not submitted automatically and the form’s checkboxes are not selected for you. Also read the policies of HubSpot and Google. Our privacy policy explains how enquiries are handled.
3. MEDLA support and maps
Chat, bookings and the contact form are support channels that open directly when you use them. They are not enabled or disabled through privacy preferences. Map preferences are managed separately. Loading a support channel does not send an enquiry, confirm an appointment or select privacy or marketing checkboxes for you.
MEDLA chat - Jotform. The assistant opens and connects to Jotform when you press the chat button, without another activation step. It does not load merely by visiting the page or hovering over the button. Jotform may receive connection information and, if you chat, anything you send. Read its privacy policy.
Bookings - HighLevel. Calendars load directly on booking pages. They let you arrange an appointment and, where applicable, payment. Embedded content may use storage and additional provider services. Read the HighLevel policy and the information displayed during booking.
Maps - Google Maps. Maps remain off until you allow them to load. They display the office location. Loading the map gives Google connection information and may involve cookies depending on the browser context. Read how Google uses cookies.
Each provider manages its storage, purposes and retention periods. These may vary by service, session and settings. Their policies describe processing and possible international transfers.
4. Choosing or changing map loading
Cookie preferences in the footer let you allow or reject map loading. Maps are off by default. Opening preferences or continuing to browse does not save a choice. Chat, calendars and the form have no activation or withdrawal controls in this panel. Rejecting maps does not disable Jotform, HighLevel, HubSpot or reCAPTCHA.
Turning off a loaded map removes it from the page without reloading. Chat, calendars and the form remain available. This does not erase details previously sent to a provider or cookies it has already stored; delete those cookies in your browser privacy settings.
Rejecting maps does not prevent use of the support channels. You can contact MEDLA by phone or email if you prefer not to open chat, a booking page or a page that includes the form. Clearing browser storage or using another device returns maps to being off. If the browser prevents preferences from being saved, you can allow maps for the current page, but your selection does not persist between pages and we do not restore earlier grants from read-only storage. This limitation does not prevent chat, calendars or the form from loading directly when you use them.
5. Further information
