Immigration advice

NIE, TIE and immigration documents

We help identify the document you need and prepare the appropriate procedure. We distinguish your NIE number, foreign national card and the permission underlying your immigration status.

Advice in English and Spanish.

Your circumstances first

We review your situation before considering a route.

Documents with a purpose

We connect your information with the case that needs reviewing.

A clear scope

We agree on the work and fees before starting the service.

Who this is for

If you need to obtain, correct or renew immigration documents and distinguish the document from the permission it records.

How we can help

Identifying the procedure

We review why you need documentation and which permission or decision you hold. The NIE is an identification number; it should not be confused with residence permission or the card documenting immigration status.

Preparing forms and supporting records

We guide you on the form, personal documents and supporting records relevant to the procedure. For a first card, we also check the decision, entry or registration details relevant to the file.

Appointments and personal attendance

We explain the official channel and the steps requiring personal attendance, such as fingerprints where applicable. We help you attend with organised documents; appointment availability and document issue depend on the competent authority.

Replacements, changes and expiry

If a card is lost, contains an error or your details change, we review the appropriate action. As an expiry date approaches, we check whether the document, underlying permission or both need renewal before preparing the application.

How we work with you

  1. Identify what you need

We review the purpose and any documents or decisions you already hold.

  2. Organise preparation

We identify the forms and supporting evidence to review.

  3. Clarify personal steps

We explain the official channel and actions requiring your presence.

Frequently asked questions

Does having a NIE let me live or work in Spain?

The number does not itself grant permission to live or work in Spain. Your legal status and the relevant authorisation need checking.

Can you guarantee an appointment or attend fingerprints for me?

We do not guarantee availability or replace steps requiring your attendance. We can explain the official channel and help you prepare your documents.
