Immigration renewals and changes of status

When your permission is expiring or your plans change, there is more to review than a date. We help distinguish renewal, extension and a change of status, with the documents each route needs.

Advice in English and Spanish.

Your circumstances first

We review your situation before considering a route.

Documents with a purpose

We connect your information with the case that needs reviewing.

A clear scope

We agree on the work and fees before starting the service.

Who this is for

If your permission is nearing expiry or your studies, work or family circumstances have changed.

How we can help

Reviewing your current permission

We start with the decision and the conditions of your permission, rather than the card alone. We review validity, activity, travel and changes in family or work circumstances to identify the procedure worth assessing.

Preparing renewal evidence

We organise evidence of work, resources, studies or relationships according to the permission. If there has been unemployment, a change of employer or interrupted activity, we assess its relevance and which documents should support the application.

Changing your plans or status

We assess changes from student status, residence or other categories where a relevant route exists. We check what must be established before applying and which activities each permission covers during the transition.

Submission, requests and decisions

We define the application timetable and review official communications within the engagement. A request for documents, a refusal or an expiring card calls for a different response; we explain the appropriate next step for your case.

How we work with you

  1. Start with your permission

We review the decision and current conditions as well as the card.

  2. Assess what has changed

We connect activity, travel and family circumstances with the procedure to consider.

  3. Organise the next application

We prepare the documents and review correspondence within the engagement.

Frequently asked questions

Is renewing the TIE the same as renewing permission?

Not always. The physical document and the status it records need to be distinguished. We check which procedure your position requires.

Can I change from student status to work?

A change-of-status route may be available, subject to requirements. We review your studies, current permission and employment or business plans before confirming the relevant procedure.

Let’s discuss your next step.

Tell us which permission you hold, when it expires and what has changed since it was granted.
